At Sutras, LLC we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients' needs. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Notice Requirement
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total cost of the service. This fee helps us offset the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without providing notice will be charged the full price of the service.
For free community classes, a $3 no-show fee will apply. This fee helps ensure availability for those eager to join and supports the resources needed to offer these sessions.
Repeat Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay the full price of the service for future missed appointments.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to provide the required notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds & Credit for Missed Sessions
Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows. Charges collected for missed sessions will not be applied to future appointments, as these payments cover the time and resources reserved specifically for you.
Payment of Fees
Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged as follows:

If you have a card on file, the fee will be automatically charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

For clients without a card on file, the fee must be paid in full before booking your next appointment.

For prepaid services or packages, the fee will be deducted from the prepaid amount.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings if outstanding fees remain unpaid.
