Terms and Conditions for Pack Purchases

 

Welcome to Sutras - The Conscious Living Brand! Please carefully review the following terms and conditions that apply to all packs offered, including membership options, class bundles, and any other services. By purchasing any of our packs, you agree to the following:

Pack Activation & Access

Your pack will be activated immediately upon purchase, granting access to the specified classes, programs, or services. Each pack is valid for the timeframe outlined at purchase, and services within must be used within the specified period.

Non-Transferable

All packs are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who made the purchase. Sharing or transferring the pack to another person is prohibited.

Refunds & Cancellations

All pack sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless due to a technical error on our part, or where otherwise required by law. You may cancel your membership at any time, but refunds will not be granted for unused services.
 

Expiration Dates 

Each pack comes with an expiration date, as outlined during the time of purchase. Unused classes or services within the pack will expire if not redeemed within the validity period.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify the class schedule, services, or other elements of any pack at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will provide adequate notice.

Personal Responsibility

By purchasing and participating in any services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being during sessions. We are not liable for any personal injury or damage arising from participation.

Payment & Billing

Payment for all packs must be made upfront, in full, at the time of purchase. In the case of subscription-based packs, recurring billing will be processed according to the schedule agreed upon during purchase. Failure to pay may result in termination of your pack access.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Modifications to Terms

Sutras reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates to the terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of your pack following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
