At this time, we have separate return and refund guidelines for Sutras Branded Products and partner products, as well as a specific policy for services.

Partner Products:

Items from our partner brands are eligible for returns, including cases of buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

Sutras Branded Products:

Due to the custom nature of Sutras Branded Products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective, broken, or misprinted.
Returns for Sutras Branded Products are strictly limited to the following issues:

Manufacturing defects

Physical damage upon receipt

Significant printing or production flaws
Services:

Services such as yoga classes, workshops, coaching sessions, or any other offerings by Sutras, LLC are non-refundable.

However, we understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details about rescheduling and any fees associated with cancellations.

Unforeseen Circumstances: If an emergency or unforeseen event prevents you from attending a service, please reach out to us directly, and we will work with you to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future session (subject to availability).
2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund:
For Products:

Partner Products: Contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions for the return process.

Sutras Branded Products: Contact us with your order number and provide clear documentation of any defects or issues (photos are recommended). We will guide you through the return process.
For Services:

To cancel or reschedule a service, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

3. Return Shipping:

For Products: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds:

For Products: Refunds for returns of Sutras Branded Products are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

For Services: Refunds are not provided for services, but credit toward future sessions may be issued in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
