  • Pricing and Availability: All prices for products listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars and may be subject to change without notice. Availability of products is not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

  • Shipping & Delivery: We offer free shipping on all products within the United States. Shipping times vary based on location and the type of product. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Returns & Exchanges: If you're unsatisfied with a product or if it is damaged, you may return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. 7. Services

  • Yoga Classes, Workshops & Coaching: Our services are provided both in-person and online. By booking a session, you agree to the terms of our cancellation policy.

  • Digital Content Access: For online classes or workshops, once you’ve paid for access, you’ll receive an email with a link to the content. Access to digital content is provided for a specified period and cannot be shared or resold.

  • Payment for Services: Payment for services must be made in advance through our secure payment gateway. Payment plans or subscriptions may be available for specific services, and these terms will be outlined at the time of booking.

 

8. Cancellation Policy

At Sutras, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients' needs. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Notice Requirement: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total cost of the service. This fee helps us offset the time and resources reserved for your appointment.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without providing notice will be charged the full price of the service.

  • Services Requiring Extensive Preparation: For services that require significant preparation or the purchase of specific materials, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may also result in a charge of the full price of the service to cover costs already incurred.

  • Repeat Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay the full price of the service for future missed appointments.

  • Reschedule or Apply Credit: If you need to cancel, we offer the ability to apply any cancellation fees as credit toward future services. Rescheduling is also an option, depending on availability.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds for missed or canceled services will be provided in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations. You may, however, apply any applicable cancellation fees as credit for future services or reschedule as necessary.
